Demo Requests & Lead Forms (updated 2026-10-19)

When you request a demo or contact us through our forms, we collect the email address you provide, plus technical context needed to answer you and prevent abuse: browser, operating system, language, timezone, the page you were on, the demo instance you tried, your IP address, and a spam-check token from Google reCAPTCHA (used only to verify you are human; subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service).

What we send you

Service emails: demo access and replies to your request — part of providing the service you asked for.

Follow-ups: we may send up to 20 follow-up emails about the product you demoed over the following weeks (typically fewer), based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You can object at any time: tick the "don't send me follow-up emails" box on the form, use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us. Broader marketing (newsletter, other products) is sent only with your explicit consent — you can subscribe from any follow-up email.

Where your data goes

Your data is stored in our customer relationship system, hosted on our own servers in the EU with encrypted off-site backups. A copy of demo requests (including IP) is kept in an operational spreadsheet used by our sales team. Emails are delivered through our SMTP provider (Brevo). We never sell your data.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-less tool hosted on our own infrastructure: no cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking. During a transition period, Google Analytics also runs on this website (it sets cookies; data is processed by Google) and is being retired in favour of Plausible. Demo instances use Plausible only.

Your rights
