What You Need
- A Windows or Linux computer to run the Ultraprint Hub
- Your Odoo instance URL and credentials
- An active Ultraprint Hub license (get one here)
Step 1: Download the Ultraprint Hub
After purchasing your license, download the Ultraprint Hub for your operating system. The Hub runs quietly in the background and manages all your printer connections from one place.
Step 2: Install and Launch
Install the Hub on your Windows or Linux computer. Launch it and activate it with your license key.
Step 3: Connect to Odoo
Enter your Odoo instance URL and credentials in the Hub settings. The Hub will establish a secure connection to your Odoo system.
Step 4: Verify Connection
Send a test ping from the Hub to confirm everything is working. You should see a success message.

What operating systems does the Ultraprint Hub support?
The Ultraprint Hub runs on Windows 10/11 and Linux (Ubuntu 20.04+). macOS support is planned for late 2026.
Do I need an active license before connecting a device?
Yes. You need an active Ultraprint Hub license to activate the Hub. The Hub does not use login or user accounts: upload, paste, or enter your license key. Purchase the Ultraprint Hub license for $99 per desktop. Optional support plans are available if you need priority help.
Can I connect multiple devices to the same Hub?
Yes. A single Hub installation can manage all printers for your location. For multi-location setups, install one Hub per site.
What if my Odoo instance is on Odoo.sh?
Ultraprint works perfectly with Odoo.sh. Just enter your Odoo.sh URL in the Hub settings.
The Hub shows 'Disconnected'. What should I check?
Verify your internet connection, ensure your Odoo URL is correct, and check that your Hub license is active. If using a firewall, allow the Hub's outbound connections.
