What does priority support mean in practice?
Premium subscribers are prioritized in the Ultraprint support queue. When you submit a support request, it gets attention ahead of standard tier requests. This is particularly useful for production environments where print infrastructure issues need fast resolution.
Does this subscription include the Odoo add-on?
No. The subscription covers the Ultraprint Hub software and cloud management. The Odoo add-on (v17, v18, v19, or Inventory edition) is sold separately and installed inside your Odoo instance.
Does Ultraprint work with Odoo Online?
The Hub runs on Windows or Linux. However, the Odoo add-on that connects the Hub to Odoo requires server side access, which Odoo Online does not allow. You need Odoo.sh or self hosted Odoo for the complete Ultraprint setup to function.
What is the difference between Premium and Business?
Both plans offer unlimited printers at $1 per month. Premium adds priority support with faster response times from the Ultraprint team. If your printing infrastructure is mission critical and downtime is not acceptable, Premium is the right tier.
Can I install the Hub on multiple computers?
Yes. With the Premium plan, install the Ultraprint Hub on as many Windows computers as needed. Each Hub links to your Premium account. All printers across all machines appear in one central management dashboard.
