Two ways to use Ultraprint
Ultraprint works from any web page with the free Chrome extension, or from Odoo with the optional add-on.
Chrome extension
Best for any web page, including Odoo Online. Free. No Odoo add-on installation needed.
Odoo add-on
Best for Odoo POS, Inventory, and deeper integration. One-time $39 add-on. Requires Odoo.sh or self-hosted.
Step 1: Confirm in Quest dashboard
Return to the Ultraprint Quest dashboard and click "Confirm Successful Print". The system verifies that a print job was completed in the last 24 hours.
Step 2: Review print quality
Check your output for clear text, readable barcodes/QR codes, correct logo placement, and proper cutting. Take a photo for your records.
Step 3: Set up automatic printing
With the Chrome extension, enable silent printing in the settings. With the Odoo add-on, enable "Auto-print receipt" in Odoo POS settings.
Step 4: Configure a backup printer
Add a second printer in the Hub as a backup. If the primary fails, jobs can be routed to the backup.
Step 5: Claim your final reward
With all quest steps complete, claim your "Quest Master" badge and license discount. The discount is applied automatically.
