Do I need anything else besides this add-on?
Yes. This add-on handles the Odoo side of printing. It connects to the Ultraprint Hub, which is a small desktop app for Windows that manages your printers. The Hub is included in all Ultraprint subscription plans. You need at minimum the Starter subscription ($10 per month) alongside this add-on.
Does this work with Odoo Online (odoo.com hosted)?
No. Odoo Online does not allow server side components, which Ultraprint requires to communicate with local printers. This add-on works on Odoo.sh and self hosted Odoo 18 installations only.
Which printers are supported?
Any printer that is installed and accessible from a Windows computer running the Ultraprint Hub. This includes office printers, thermal label printers, receipt printers, and network printers. No special drivers or hardware are required beyond what you already use.
Is this a one time purchase or a subscription?
This add-on is a one time purchase at $59. You buy it once and it is yours. The Ultraprint Hub subscription (sold separately) is a monthly plan that covers the desktop software, cloud management, and ongoing updates.
Which Odoo version does this support?
This version supports Odoo 18 only. If you are on Odoo 17, please purchase the v17 edition. Odoo 19 users should purchase the v19 edition. Each version is maintained separately to ensure native compatibility.
