Getting Started with Ultraprint
Step 1: Start your free trial
Visit the Ultraprint Solution page. Ultraprint is a one-time $99 Hub license per desktop with unlimited printers and devices. Optional support plans are $19-$79/year.
Step 2: Download the Ultraprint Hub
After starting your trial, download the Ultraprint Hub for your operating system (Windows 10/11 or Linux Ubuntu 20.04+). The Hub is a lightweight background service that manages all printer connections.
Step 3: Connect Your Device
Launch the Hub and activate it with your license key (upload, paste, or enter). Enter your Odoo instance URL. The Hub will establish a secure connection. See our detailed device connection guide for troubleshooting.
Step 4: Add Your First Printer
Once connected, add your printer in the Hub interface. Ultraprint supports thermal receipt printers, label printers, and kitchen ticket printers via USB, network, or Bluetooth. See how to add a printer.
Step 5: Print Your First Document
Send a test print from Odoo POS, Inventory, or Manufacturing. The Hub routes the job to your printer automatically. Check first print guide for tips.

What do I need to get started with Ultraprint?
You need a Windows or Linux computer to run the Hub, an active Ultraprint Hub license, and a compatible printer. Most thermal receipt and label printers work out of the box.

Yes. Ultraprint works with self-hosted Odoo, Odoo.sh, and Odoo Online. The Hub connects securely to your instance regardless of hosting.
