Frequently Asked Questions
What does unlimited printers actually mean?
There is no cap on the number of printers you can register in your Ultraprint Business account. You can install the Hub on multiple Windows computers and register as many printers as each machine can access. All are managed from your single Ultraprint account.
Does this subscription include the Odoo add-on?
No. The subscription covers the Ultraprint Hub software and cloud management. The Odoo add-on (v17, v18, v19, or Inventory edition) is sold separately and installed inside your Odoo instance.
Does Ultraprint work with Odoo Online?
The Hub software runs on Windows. However, the Odoo add-on that connects the Hub to Odoo requires server side access, which Odoo Online does not allow. You need Odoo.sh or self hosted Odoo for the complete setup to function.
What is the difference between Business and Premium?
Both plans offer unlimited printers at $1 per month. The Premium plan adds priority support with faster response times from the Ultraprint team. If your operation cannot tolerate delays in print infrastructure support, Premium is the right choice.
Can I install the Hub on multiple Windows computers?
Yes. With the Business plan, you can install the Ultraprint Hub on as many Windows computers as your organization needs. Each Hub connects to your central account and all printers appear in a single management view.
