Book a 30-minute remote installation session with the Ultraprint team. We install the Odoo add-on on your Odoo.sh or self hosted instance, verify the connection to your Ultraprint Hub, and confirm everything is working before we disconnect.
Scope of Service: This session covers Odoo add-on installation only. It does not include printer hardware setup, printer driver installation, network configuration, or Windows troubleshooting. You must have your Ultraprint Hub already installed on Windows before booking.

We verify that your Ultraprint Hub is running on Windows, your Odoo instance is on a compatible platform (Odoo.sh or self hosted), and your subscription is active.

We install the correct Ultraprint add-on for your Odoo version directly inside your Odoo instance. Configuration is applied and the Hub connection is established.

We run a test print from Odoo to verify the full flow is working correctly. You confirm the job reaches your printer. Session complete.

What do I need to have ready before the session?
You need an active Ultraprint subscription, the Ultraprint Hub already installed and running on your Windows machine, your Odoo instance running on Odoo.sh or self hosted Odoo (not Odoo Online), and the Ultraprint Odoo add-on license purchased. The session focuses on installation and configuration, not on getting prerequisites in place.
Does this service include setting up my printer hardware?
No. Hardware setup, driver installation, and network configuration are outside the scope of this session. Your printer should already be working on your Windows machine before we start. We handle the Odoo add-on installation and the Hub connection only.
What happens if 30 minutes is not enough?
Standard installations fit comfortably within 30 minutes when prerequisites are in place. If an unexpected issue extends the session, we will discuss options with you at that point. Having your prerequisites ready is the best way to ensure a smooth, on-time session.
Will Ultraprint work with my Odoo Online account?
No. Ultraprint is not compatible with Odoo Online. It requires server side access that Odoo Online does not provide. This service is available only for Odoo.sh and self hosted Odoo deployments.
How do I book the session after purchasing?
After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions to schedule your remote session. Sessions are conducted via remote screen share. You stay in control of your machine throughout the session.
