Does this subscription include the Odoo add-on?
No. The subscription covers the Ultraprint Hub software for Windows and cloud management. The Odoo add-on (v17, v18, v19, or Inventory edition) is sold separately and installed inside your Odoo instance.
Can all 3 printers be different types?
Yes. You can connect a thermal label printer, an office laser printer, and a receipt printer at the same time. Each gets assigned to the document types that make sense for it. Ultraprint routes every job to the correct printer without asking your team to choose.
Does Ultraprint work with Odoo Online?
The Hub software runs on Windows independently. However, the Odoo add-on that connects the Hub to Odoo requires server side access, which Odoo Online does not allow. You need Odoo.sh or self hosted Odoo for the full Ultraprint setup to work.
What happens when I need more than 3 printers?
Upgrade to the Business plan for unlimited printers. Your configuration, printer assignments, and job history carry over. You pay the Business rate from your next billing cycle.
Is there a difference between Pro and Business besides the number of printers?
Pro is ideal for multi-printer offices where 3 printers covers all needs. Business adds unlimited printer support for larger operations. Both plans include standard support. If you need priority response times, the Premium plan is the right choice.
