Does this subscription include the Odoo add-on?
No. The subscription covers the Ultraprint Hub software for Windows and cloud management. The Odoo add-on (the module you install inside Odoo) is sold separately. You need both to enable direct printing from Odoo.
Does Ultraprint work with Odoo Online?
The Hub software itself runs on Windows and is not affected by Odoo Online restrictions. However, the Odoo add-on that connects to the Hub requires server side access, which Odoo Online does not allow. You need Odoo.sh or self hosted Odoo to use Ultraprint end to end.
What operating system does Ultraprint Hub require?
Windows. The Ultraprint Hub is a Windows desktop application. It must be installed on the Windows computer that has your printer connected or accessible on the local network.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro or Business at any time. Your settings, printers, and configuration carry over. You simply pay the higher monthly rate starting from your next billing cycle.
What happens if I need more than one printer?
The Starter plan supports one printer. If you need two or three printers, upgrade to the Pro plan at $20 per month. For unlimited printers across your organization, the Business or Premium plans are designed for that scale.
