How do I update the Ultraprint browser extension?
The extension updates automatically through the Chrome Web Store. You can also manually check for updates at chrome://extensions with Developer mode enabled.
Can I use Ultraprint on Firefox or Safari?
Currently, Ultraprint is only available for Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave). Firefox and Safari support is on our roadmap.

Yes. You can configure a PDF printer in your OS and route Ultraprint jobs to it. This is useful for testing before going live.
How do I uninstall the Ultraprint extension?
Right-click the extension icon in Chrome, select 'Remove from Chrome', and confirm. Your subscription remains active and can be used on other devices.
