Two ways to use Ultraprint
Ultraprint works from any web page with the free Chrome extension, or from Odoo with the optional add-on.
Chrome extension
Best for any web page, including Odoo Online. Free. No Odoo add-on installation needed.
Odoo add-on
Best for Odoo POS, Inventory, and deeper integration. One-time $39 add-on. Requires Odoo.sh or self-hosted.
Step 1: Launch the Hub
Open the Ultraprint Hub application on your Windows or Linux computer. You should see the status dashboard.
Step 2: Activate your license
Activate your Hub with your license key. You can upload the license file, paste the key, or type it in. No account or login is required.
Step 3: Choose your connector
If you will print from any web page, install the free Chrome extension. If you will print from Odoo POS or Inventory, install the Odoo add-on on Odoo.sh or a self-hosted instance.
Step 4: Test the connection
Click "Test Connection". The Hub sends a ping to your connector. A green checkmark means everything is ready.
Step 5: Complete Quest step
Return to the Quest dashboard and click "Mark Complete". The next step will unlock.

What is a device in Ultraprint?
A device is the computer running the Ultraprint Hub. It is identified by a hardware fingerprint and tied to one license.
Can I use the same Hub for the Chrome extension and the Odoo add-on?
Yes. The Hub is the bridge to your printers. Both connectors use the same Hub.
Do I need an Odoo account to activate the Hub?
No. Activation uses a license key, not an account or login.
Can I move my license to another computer?
No. Each license is permanently assigned to one workstation. Replacement hardware requires a new perpetual license.
