Add Your First Device | Ultraprint Quest
Step 1: Launch the Hub
Open the Ultraprint Hub application on your Windows or Linux computer. You should see the status dashboard.
Step 2: Sign In
Use your Ultraprint account credentials to sign in. If you forgot your password, reset it at password reset.
Step 3: Enter Odoo Details
Input your Odoo instance URL (e.g., https://mycompany.odoo.com) and your Odoo login credentials. The Hub encrypts and stores these securely.
Step 4: Test Connection
Click "Test Connection". The Hub sends a ping to your Odoo instance. A green checkmark means you are connected.
Step 5: Complete Quest Step
Return to the Quest dashboard and click "Mark Complete". The next step (Add Printer) will unlock.
